The Rotary Chilly Chili Challenge is taking place at the Blowing Rock School Gym! Participating restaurants will be serving their special chili on Saturday, January 25th and donating a portion of the proceeds to local nonprofits including High Country Caregivers, Hospitality House, Mountain Alliance, Build for Good, Casting Bread, WAMY and more.

“People’s Choice Award” will go to the restaurant who raised the most money for their non-profit partner.
“Judges Pick” will be awarded to the restaurant by secret tasting panel of celebrity judges.
There is also the coveted “Home Cook” trophy plus a Cornbread Competition brought to you by the Blowing Rock Women’s Club.
Participating restaurants include The Best Cellar, Blowing Rock Brewing, Bocca Bistro, Embers, Gideon Ridge, Hellbender, Bistro Roca, Meadowbrook Inn, Outback Steakhouse and The Speckled Trout!
Tickets are $10.00 per person and all proceeds go to High Country non-profits. You can purchase online now or buy tickets at the door. If you are purchasing your tickets at the door, it will be a CASH option only.
